Description：In this seminar, Mr. Motoo Noguchi, former Chair of the Board of Directors at the Trust Fund for Victims, International Criminal Court, will discuss how the Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court has served as a tool for delivering reparative justice to victims of international crimes that were brought in front of the International Criminal Court.
