HSP Seminar (#235) “The Re-Emergence of International Commercial Courts: Implications for Litigants”
Prof. Yeow Choy will discuss a new trend of international commercial dispute processing not only by arbitration but also state court specifying such due to the consent of the disputing parties in Asia. This means that private sector and state compete each other for solving global issues of rule of law and access to justice as Goal 16 of SDGs.
