Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, now we face a serious situation that should be described as a “human crisis” rather than a “health crisis”. Human Security Forum (HSF, Non-Profit Organization) has developed recommendations focusing on life, livelihood, and dignity, in addressing this corona crisis. Please read the document as follows.

In order to realize “human security” for all people including those in vulnerable positions, let us do our own effort to converge the situation as soon as possible.
