カンボジアにおける紛争処理：労働仲裁について

Assisted by ILO, Cambodia developed an arbitration for labour disputes. Due to the recent revision of the law on labour, it does not seem to work properly. This seminar will review and update dispute processing and access to justice in labour dispute.
